Membership

YFLA membership is open to anyone who has a professional interest in fraud law and who satisfy one of the following criteria:

a solicitor, of no more than 10 years admission
a barrister, of no more than 12 years call
a member (or student member) of the Institute of Legal Executives, of no more than 10 years experience
an academic
trainee solicitors
pupil barristers

Membership is on an annual basis, to be renewed by all qualifying members each September. A membership fee is payable upon joining (currently £35 p.a. for the membership year 2007/2008), and subsequent renewal fees will be due in September each year.
